The location is perfect and central to everything you need and the apartment is spacious for four adults. Access to laundry was a plus. And one night we did enjoy using the jacuzzi. Rita was extremely responsive and helpful, she provided amazing recommendations and was invaluable when we accidentally locked ourselves out the first night and especially when our friend lost her passport.

Overall our stay was fantastic, there isn't anything that isn't easy to address. The apartment needs some TLC; the wall in the living room looked damaged and pictures were on the floor, we found a pair of used socks under the sofa, there is a prominent Christmas decoration hanging in the entryway (which wouldn't have been noticeable except for the dead pine needles) and the baseboard was damaged in the kitchen. The air conditioning in the living room and primary bedroom were amazing. We didn't notice the AC in the hallway upstairs until we left. I was thankful that we weren't there in the summer...it would have been very hot. We had ants and I assume because of the humidity, we noticed mold in the showers and the shower head in one of the bathrooms.

Absolutely loved the place and the location. It was excellent.

A few drawers could have been cleared but in the grand scheme of things it was fine.
