Unique Club at Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort

Fortunately, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay, and the hotel itself deserves much of the credit for that. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was fantastic. Most importantly, the hotel is actually even better in person than it appears in the photos. It is a true five-star property, designed with maximum guest comfort in mind. The level of service is consistently high throughout the hotel, the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained, the atmosphere is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping service is of a very high standard. The buffet offers a wide and delicious selection of food, with the exception of the Italian cuisine, which I personally found less impressive. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I would like to share a few recommendations and minor inconveniences that I experienced during my stay. However, I want to emphasize that none of these had a negative impact on my overall experience or prevented me from having a wonderful holiday. These are simply suggestions from a very satisfied guest who believes that the hotel has the potential to further improve these areas and become truly exceptional in every aspect. My assistant contacted the hotel to ask about the possibility of a room upgrade, but unfortunately we did not receive any response by email. When we are talking about a five-star hotel, prompt communication is an important part of the overall service standard. The reservation was originally made for one person, and we later needed to add a second guest to the room. I asked the hotel to confirm the additional charge, but it took approximately three days to receive this information, which I believe is too long for such a straightforward request. The gym was also quite hot, and the air-conditioning did not seem to work effectively. There is a water dispenser in the gym, but it does not provide cold water. It appears to be quite old and would benefit from being replaced. The hotel would also benefit from some renovation. That said, despite showing some signs of age, the property is still very well maintained, clean, and clearly looked after with care.

L'albergo molto bello e le aree esterne immense e ben tenute..la cena non rispecchia le aspettative dell'hotel..anche se si mangia decentemente.

Le piscine riscaldate (così come indicato nella descrizione della struttura) sono tutte fredde ad eccezione di una con temperatura di 25 gradi. Non vale assolutamente la pena scegliere la formula unique club.
