Historic 2 bedroom house St Charles

Goede locatie, parkeerruimte, dicht bij downtown St Charles. Huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien, qua keuken, badkamer etc.

The house was generally well equipped, including a washer and dryer, although it lacked a dishwasher and an electric kettle. However, the biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon arrival, we discovered that a dog had apparently slept in one of the beds before we arrived. The bed was made, but it was covered in dog hair, which we later found in clumps throughout various parts of the house - see the pictures attached. Okay, these things can happen — apparently the cleaning company was not reliable. The main problem, however, was that despite repeated notifications and requests to address the issue, none of the owners communicated with us or took any action during our entire one-month stay. We had to clean the bed ourselves and thoroughly vacuum the entire house as well.
