Clean and spacious

Would be good if owner give us the room and key details beforehand as we need to call him when we arrive and he speaks very little English

The actual room was very much like an apartment so it had great facilities as it had a microwave, stove/hob, skillet and pans etc. Smart TV, sofa and decent bathroom. Good sized bedroom. Location is good as it is close to Yeongmari coast and you can walk along the beach to get to it. If you like walking you can walk along a path to Songaksan Mountain trail and or walk uphill to Sangbangsan Bomunsa temple. They have a takeaway service which was good but the restaurant may charge you an extra fee for having to travel to the specific part of the JeJu area which the hotel is located. It is not the fault of the hotel but it is a thing to note. Staff were nice enough to pay it as I don’t have cash and then I was charged for it upon check out.

It took a while for the receptionist to appear and check me in. Whilst the apartment is nice the actual communal lobby and stairwell/staircase was full of dead spiders and bugs. There are a few restaurants but if your order is far then you get an additional charge.
