I booked this apartment at short notice so my husband and a colleague could attend a conference. The apartment was well equipped. Eventually, we found a way to communicate with the host and he was helpful.

The bigget problem we experienced was because the person who made the booking was not a guest in the apartment. None of us had ever used Booking.com before and we had enormous trouble understanding how the process worked. The booking was in my name, not the guests. The taxi from the airport was a total failure. The guests had only one key altough they needed two. Accessing the parking was difficult. By the time we found a way to communicate with the host it was far too late. We did not receive the messages that would have given us the information about how to get the key and other important details. Everyone became stressed.

I was very disappointed with this apartment to be honest i don't even think it was the apartment that i booked on Booking.com one hand towel for 3 people and with the health and higeine and the guy on the front reception desk was quite rude came knocking on the door saying that the car was leaking oil and we better go and clean it up the furniture was shabby and to charge a cleaning fee and to be sent a reminder to make sure that we followed house rules and be out by 10 unfortunately i wouldn't recommend this place to stay!!!!
