The place itself is excellent, spacious, full kitchen, great to relax. There was cleaning service, that is usually not something you get included in a place like this. I appreciate the mosquito nets above the beds, as it is really right next to the woods.
It is on a good closed street/neighborhood (a cul-de-sac) with a gate, but one needs a car to get to places, it is not at a comfortable walking distance from shops, restaurant, or supermarket for many people. I did have a car, but due to constant road work inside the closed street coming and going wasn't really simple and I often had to leave the car about 400-500m from the house or wait a long time to pass, but I assume that is a temporary situation.

A Casa é um absurdo! Ampla, cozinha completa, sala super espaçosa, os quartos maravilhosos, aconchegante, piscina perfeita, com um espaço para churrasco. Ficamos em seis pessoas e atendeu super bem.

Piscina, cozinha e alguns quartos.
O primeiro quarto retornou água do ar condicionado e molhou as roupas e malas do pessoal para a formatura, consertaram e voltou a molhar causando constrangimento e transtornos às pessoas.
Não tinha internet, apesar de contato com a anfitriã.
