It was very pretty we enjoyed the use of the deck even though we just had the guest house. We did not get to meet the owners this time. She gave me two numbers if we needed anything all I had to do is call or text!
Love the deck! The owners of the house communicated with us very well even though they were out of town for a celebration of life….

Wonderful location, very pleasant, personable owners, clean, comfortable place to stay
Not really a dislike, but no privacy for the shower- separate area from the bathroom, but there was no door to close it off from the living area. There is a small area just outside the shower that was separated from view by the wall, but can literally see the kitchen from there- and the kitchen can see that area too! Not a deal breaker for a couple but not one I would choose if you are there with other family members

Each morning with our coffee, we relaxed on the patio/dock overlooking the bay, watching and listening to the coastal sounds. This is a beautiful and tranquil place to stay with very nice beach/coastal interior decor and furnishings. The room was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen and toiletries. A mini fridge and microwave are furnished. The bedding was comfortable with a queen bed and also a sofa/daybed that could be used for one person or could be folded out into a larger bed. In the evenings, we again enjoyed the patio and lights reflecting across the bay. Our hosts were friendly and available if we had needed anything. We enjoyed our visit with them, and they made us feel right at home. We're hoping to get the opportunity to stay again. We really appreciated our hosts providing such a nice place to visit. Also, while in the area, we enjoyed dining at Blackbeard's on North Beach, Poseidon Sushi and Hibachi Grill in Portland (20 mi) and our favorite, The Boiling Pot, nearby in Rockport.
Absolutely wonderful four days enjoying our stay and the area. Wish it was closer to our home so we could return soon.
