Sehr hübsch eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Mitarbeiter sind immer sehr freundlich.

Der Check-In funktioniert manchmal nicht wie geplant aber habe dann schonmal ein kostenloses Update bekommen und das andere Zimmer war wirklich sehr cool und gemütlich.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Ausstattung in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft hätte etwas sauberer sein können (etwas staubig und im Bad sind die Tapeten arg beschädigt, im Hausflur roch es durch die Nachbarn extrem nach Fett)

Die große Herdplatte verursachte Stromausfall, bitte überprüfen. Das Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab. Aber es ist nicht dramatisch.

There are no hotels near the train station and I did not know about taking the bus into town. Kind policemen took me to the apartment. My American phone does not work in Germany, only to call the U.S. They used their phone to call the manager and he came promptly. He gave them instructions so they got the code for the lock box. The manager set up my WiFi connection which I greatly appreciated. The room is large but there is no TV -- I have Netflix on my iPhone so I was OK.

YOU MUST ASK FOR A KEY TO THE FRONT DOOR OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO YOUR FLAT!!!! On the first night, I knocked on the window of someone living on the lower level and he opened the door for me. The next night he was not there but there was a new tenant. He did not know how to open the front door so I asked if I could climb through his window. He was strong and pulled me up and I jumped into his flat -- and I am 80 years old. Now we both have a funny story for our friends but it would have been a disaster if I did not have anyone to help me. ASK FOR A KEY as the key to your flat does not open the front door. I did email the manager to leave the door open but it is always locked.
