BANI tsikhisdziri

It’s a beautiful house with its own yard. The house is super clean and has everything (a/c, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, washing machine…) The bed is really comfortable and everything for the shower is provided.

In Tsikhisdziri it was the 1st cottage I lived and it was Suliko and Sophiko house. They are very nice and welcoming people. Then I arrived it was heavy rain and Suliko met us opened the gates. The small house is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Everything is new and of good quality. New furniture, linens, and so on. I sincerely hope this house will find good, caring tenants who will appreciate the owner's hard work and take good care of everything. The location is wonderful. It's quiet at night, and there aren't as many dogs as in Kobuleti, for example, which can keep you up all night on the streets near the sea. Here, a hundred meters up the mountain, a real jungle begins, with rivers and waterfalls after the annoying rains that we had at that time. It was great to have a gate and fence around the property, so, it keeps dogs out. I was sitting at the porch with my morning tea and it was great, both days were raining. The only one thing I needed was more comfortable table and chair for work on my laptop. There was a more suitable table in the kitchen, so I worked there and there was more light. I fell very good there and slept well. For couple days is was a really good place for stay. For more I need more space, on the floor for yoga met for example. I wish this house and the owners a big luck and good caring guests!

I have no major complaints; everything was great. I would have liked a desk at a comfortable height, but that's not a typical request for a resort.

Хозяева встретили на дороге, проводили до дома. По просьбе приготовили ужин к заезду. Разрешили остаться с крупной собакой. В доме есть все для отдыха и комфорта. Интернет отличный. Море рядом. Остановка автобусов рядом. Рядом с домом приятно журчит ручей. Все понравилось!

Место подойдёт тем, кто соскучился по настоящему дачному вайбу — когда важнее атмосфера, чем идеальный комфорт. Уютная огороженная территория с родником на участке, зелень, тишина и неспешный ритм создают ощущение простого, душевного отдыха. До моря действительно 5–7 минут пешком. Вода считается чистой, но, как и на всём побережье Грузии, пляжи неухоженные — много мусора, регулярной уборки, увы, нет. Хозяева — очень приветливые, стараются создать приятные условия. Видно, что многое сделано с душой, но есть моменты, которые требуют доработки: замок на двери с трудом открывается, ручка в туалете громко скрипит, сантехника в ванной — местами с ржавчиной, а зеркало тоже требует замены . Душевая без шторки — после водных процедур всё мокрое, но это видно на фото и не стало неожиданностью. Если вы ждёте идеального сервиса и современного уровня комфорта — возможно, это не совсем то. Но если вам близка простая атмосфера деревенского уюта с элементами ностальгии — здесь понравится.

Ванная комната требует обновления:сантехника, санузел, ручка двери, зеркало.
