Cosmos Living Spacious with Balcony GCV1

We were in need of 1 extra sheet for the sofa bed and the host came to deliver it to us at 01:30 we only checked in an hour prior) Signs of good host

We had the most incredible experience staying at this place . The Apartment exceeded all my expectations in terms of comfort, style, and amenities. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings was remarkable, creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Cosmos Living went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

The apartment was advertised as " Lake View ", but when we arrived in JLT, it was obvious that the lake had been drained, and is in the process of being transformed into a shopping mall and underground carpark. To this end we were subjected to construction work taking place directly below us every day from [link removed]until [link removed] apart from Sundays. During our time at the apartment, the balcony and table and chairs became covered in dust and any clothes we hung out to dry were also covered, due to the digging directly below. Any proposed relaxing breakfast or lunch on the balcony was ruined. I am really disappointed that the we were not made aware of the excavation work going on, and the fact that the "Lake" no longer existed. 2 of the 3 dining chairs supplied were only able to be used with great care as each had a bolt missing from their leg support. The cable on one of the bedside table lamps could not reach any wall socket, as the cable was too short, so we had to buy an extension. In the wardrobe, only 4 were hangers were provided, and we had to purchase another 12, as we had brought enough clothes for our 11 day stay. I left a couple in the apartment. There was an issue with the TV/Internet connection but this was quickly repaired by your engineer. There is also construction work taking place 24/7 at the Sweid One tower, 500 yards from Cluster V. Although this is out with your control, it detracted from our overall experience at the apartment. If I had known the extent of the construction work, nearby, and directly below, and the fact that the lake no longer exists, I would have booked elsewhere !
