About this apartment rental

Built in 1882, this studio apartment boasts of brick walls, original wood floors, and a claw foot tub. A king-sized bed, 3 twin couch beds, a dining room table that seats 8, a full bathroom with walk-in shower, (a full bathroom with claw foot tub downstairs) and a full kitchen occupy the studio apartment located upstairs from our event venue in this historic building. There will not be an event (wedding shower, birthday party, rehearsal dinner, etc) scheduled on the same night that the guesthouse is reserved. Situated in the heart of Paducah, many excellent restaurants, original to Paducah, are within walking distance. Boutiques and antiques are also “just around the corner.” The Carson Center is one block away which overlooks the Ohio River. The National Quilt Museum is just a 5 minute walk away. Because of the steps and breakable items, we only accept reservations for families with children over 12 years of age or infants under 4 months.

Property was perfect and we enjoyed our overnight stay! Great meal at the Freight House, too! We will stay here again if we're back in Paducah.

This was our first overnight stop in our cross country trip. The owner was incredibly kind, super quick to communicate and the place inspired me to do a whole photo shoot)LOL) - then the town! What a treasure! I genuinely want to come back just to explore it more!!! I couldn’t have asked for better!

Very cool older building loft space in a really cool part of Paducah. Walk to restaurants and shops and river. Comfortable and clean. Our host Nikki was great with communication and super helpful with tips on restaurants.
