Patogi lova, kokybiška patalynė, parkingas apartamento kieme. Labai jaukus butas geroje miesto vietoje. Bekontaktis patekimas į būstą -labai patogu.
Pasigedom mikrobangės - būtų labai pravertę greitam maisto pasišildymui. Naktį trūko geresnio užremdymo - naktinių roletų arba užuolaidų. Buvo šiek tiek triukšminga - vistik miesto centras.
