The Apple Store - 1 Bedroom Cottage - St Ishmaels

Apple Store Cottage is most definitely going to be our home from home every year now. It has stolen a piece of my heart. Absolutely stunning with so much character. The location is superb- like finding a secret little chocolate box house in the woods. Clean, everything you need and hot tub was a delight every evening. Highly recommend

The location is amazing, the local pub was in walking distance, the marina was a 15 minute drive with a great selection of restaurants and the coastal walking routes start right outside the cottage.

It was a little hard to get the cottage warm on the first night luckily we brought a couple extra blankets and a dip in the hot tub helped.

The cottage itself was as expected. Getting the keys was fine. Hot tub was nice.

The amenities were not great. There was one heater to heat up the entire building, which it said was on 25 degrees, but you could touch it and hold your hand on it for a while, so doubted this. It was so cold that we woke up freezing and ended up driving home a night earlier. The wi-fi was not great and when you tried to watch netflix, it kept freezing. The side gate was opened on our first day, meaning it was no longer enclosed for our dog...we messaged the owners on the number in the email to shut it, but no reply and it was kept open, so had to put the sun loungers there. BBQ was still dirty too.
