We stayed for one night, and the experience was excellent. Cristian, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected, and he kindly let us check in within 20 minutes. He also gave clear instructions for the Grifo parking (with transfer) and recommended the best places to visit in Sirmione.
The apartment is right in the heart of the old town — the location couldn’t be better. The view from the window is stunning. It’s clean, cozy, and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine, but we had no capsules (only tea was provided) — a tiny detail that didn’t spoil our stay at all.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Ottima posizione. Buon prezzo.
Non troppo pulita: letto e sanitari puliti ma per terra era pieno di polvere e il soffitto pieno di insetti schiacciati; le scale della palazzina sembravano abbandonate da mesi e di conseguenza le ho trovate sporche e non sempre ben illuminate. In generale la stanza è abbastanza scomoda, considerando che é una mansarda ma molto bassa.
