A great short stay option with an excellent outdoor space.

Overall a great stay, very well located and helpful host. Loved the outdoor space, was great to enjoy in the afternoons and evenings! Really appreciated the offer to be able to store bags at a different address on check out.

The only thing would be it could be slightly cleaner. It felt a little bit sandy under foot and the shower had a fair bit of rust in the bottom of it. Also my towel had rust on it as well. Neither of these things bothered us that much but was noticed

We loved our stay in Sirmione.

Really lovely property. Amazing aircon for the intense heat! Stunning little balcony to sunbathe or enjoy a little drink.

Beware of the stairs!! They are quite slippy - especially if you are wearing flip flops. But not a complaint just a warning.

Prestige Attic in the Centro storico

The location was perfect, near the castle, in the historic centre and near good restaurants.

The room was an attic and not everywhere I could stand, the height was not enough. The majority of the bathroom has a height lower than 1,70 m. That was not mentioned and was not comfortable. The wifi was bad, lots of times no connection and the room was not clean.

Great location

Overall a good experience but lack of blinds or some kind of window coverings are needed in the bathroom and outer area of bathroom as no privacy . The fridge was only used to store water but needed cleaning and kitchen utensils/ cooking implements would need to be more than included if you were going to use the facilities rather than eating out.

Good Stay

Fantastic central location in the old town, a few streets down from the very busy main tourist / castle area. A very good bar and small beach / swim area about 1 minute walk away. The apartment was very quiet despite the amount of people on the street. The host was easily and quickly contactable via WhatsApp and arranged the parking and shuttle bus to the door of the apartment. There were bottles or cold water in the fridge and Nespresso type coffee machine. I would stay here again for a short break.

If we are being picky the floor was dusty, which we noticed after walking barefoot around the apartment. The spare pillows and bedding for the sofa bed had old sweat marks on them. I am sure they are clean, but could do with replacing.

Good location but we were disappointed because there was a sofa bed & not a 2nd room as in the ad.

Location

The floor was dirty (feet were black). We could hear the neighbours upstairs and same floor all night. We have booked for two bedrooms and we only had one and one sofa bed in the kitchen.

Non troppo pulita: letto e sanitari puliti ma per terra era pieno di polvere e il soffitto pieno di insetti schiacciati; le scale della palazzina sembravano abbandonate da mesi e di conseguenza le ho trovate sporche e non sempre ben illuminate. In generale la stanza è abbastanza scomoda, considerando che é una mansarda ma molto bassa.

bel hébergement au coeur de Sirmione

Hébergement confortable, moderne et bien décoré, avec tout le nécessaire pour s'installer et cuisiner. Bon emplacement dans Sirmione pour pouvoir déambuler de jour ou de nuit dans les ruelles animées, et visiter le château à quelques pas. Il faut commander le parking en supplément. C'est pratique. Sur réservation, la voiturette vous dépose devant l'appartement et vient vous chercher.

L'isolation phonique n'étant pas très bonne, on entend les voisins.

Der Aufenthalt im historischen Zentrum war sehr schön, hatte allerdings die Kehrseite, dass man vom normalen Leben ohne

Die Lage und Aussicht sind sehr gut, 50 m zum Strand mitten im historischen Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist architektonisch schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Bis zur Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es 2 KM. Das liegt natürlich an der zentralen Lage im historischen Zentrum, in dem es vor allem Souvenirläden gibt. Ich bin nach der Beschreibung von booking.com davon ausgegangen, dass man eine kleine Kochgelegenheit hat. Das war nicht der Fall. Wir konnten immerhin Kaffee und Tee zubereiten und es gab Wasser. Das war schon mal gut.

Dachterasse leider nur eingeschränkt nutzbar

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten in der Innenstadt und sehr nah am Wasser. Der Transfer funktioniert ebenfalls gut und unkompliziert.

Wir haben die Unterkunft vor allem wegen der Dachterasse gebucht. Allerdings steht dort das Klimagerät, das immer bläst, sobald in einer der Wohnungen die Klimaanlage läuft. Für uns wurde es deshalb beinahe unmöglich, dort entspannt zu sitzen, da man immer angeblasen wurde. Ansonsten wäre es wirklich schön dort oben. Leider war zur vereinbarten Zeit unser Zimmer noch nicht geputzt, wir standen im noch dreckigen Zimmer von den Vormietern. Das kann zwar mal passieren, war aber trotzdem nicht besonders einladend. Grundsätzlich könnte die Wohnung auch etwas gründlicher geputzt werden. Das WLAN hat leider mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert. Außerdem würden wir sie nicht für große Personen empfehlen, da die Decken in der Dachgeschosswohnung ziemlich niedrig sind. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden, schwere Koffer hoch tragen ist sehr mühsam.

Une communication à revoir dans un lieu idyllique

La situation géographique est exceptionnelle, le logement est grand (lit double et canapé lit) et la salle de bain équipée.

Accéder au logement a été atroce. Peu de réponse du propriétaire jusqu'au matin de la réservation. Les réponses étaient évasives. Une fois arrivés sur place, il n'y avait pas les clefs dans la boîte ! En informant le propriétaire, celui-ci nous redirige vers sa femme sans trop d'indication. Cette dernière ne semblait pas plus informée et il a fallu attendre l'arrivée d'une personne inconnue pour enfin accéder au logement. Toute la communication a du se faire en italien. Enfin arrivés dans l'appartement, nous sommes accueillis par une odeur de cigarette. Si la communication était tardive et évasive à notre arrivée, le propriétaire n'a pas hésité à nous rappeler d'honorer la taxe de séjour (d'1€50) à notre départ (sans avoir pris le temps de nous expliquer comment s'en acquitter la veille).

Bene ma non benissimo

Appartamento molto pulito e caldo, forse un po’ troppo. Posizione davvero ottima e confortevole. Bagno da 10 elode

Abbiamo prenotato per tre persone e ci sono stati solo due kit di asciugamani, fortunatamente una di noi aveva portato il necessario da casa. Nel locale ci è stato fornito un bollitore ed una macchina del caffè. Senza nemmeno una cialda (come benvenuto) e zucchero. Abbiamo dovuto comprare noi. Diciamo che alcune cose si potrebbero migliorare, il minimo necessario per garantire un buon inizio. Consiglio di cambiare anche la spugna per lavare i piatti e mettere una tenda in bagno, perché vedevamo le persone nel piano sotto e bho, magari vedevano anche loro noi 😂
