Black might not be the best color choice for bathroom sink. A paddle box is a must for an open plan kitchen. The building is quite new, so pressure with the boiler room concerning central heating might be problematic in early october.

Świetna lokalizacja praktycznie na Starym Mieście obok Wyspy Młyńskiej. Blisko do restauracji i sklepów, a nawet do galerii handlowej jak ktoś potrzebuje. Fajnie, że na wyposażeniu jest ekspres do kawy.
Niestety parking przy ulicy płatny i często brakuje miejsc. Prysznic otwarty mało praktyczny - wymaga wycierania połowy łazienki. No i jeszcze kanapa w salonie ma wielkość dużego fotela i dwie osoby nie mają możliwości wygodnego oglądania telewizji. Dziwna blokada na pilocie od TV 😜

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i przytulne. Dobrze wyposażone: jest klimatyzacja, naczynia, żelazko i pralka. Dogodne położenie, 10 minut spacerem od Młynów Rothera, niedaleko przystanek autobusowy, w okolicy Żabka i Biedronka. Polecam

Lokalizacja i apartament
Zimne kaloryfery na wejście , w grudniu. Zanim się rozgrzały to było zimno w apartamencie.
