Appartement - Paris

Apartment is good , the location is nice there are many shops around , supermarkets, bars, etc, but no walking distance from the sightseeing places. Metro is just a few meters away.

There was no air conditioning, so the bedrooms are warm in the night, no ventilation in the bathroom.

The location of the apartment is very close to the metro station and it’s only one stop from Gare du Nord or you can even walk to and from there. The apartment was clean. The beds are absolutely comfortable. The apartment size is appropriate. The staff is very helpful and caring. Also, there is an elevator which is really useful.

The host was very kind, responsive, and genuinely tried to help. When we mentioned how hot the apartment was, he even sent us a brand-new fan by taxi, which we appreciated. The apartment is also conveniently located close to the metro.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood felt unsafe, especially at night. There were people shouting outside until late, and it seemed like there was suspicious activity in the area. It was also very noisy. The apartment was not clean, and I even had to kill a couple of cockroaches during our stay. There was no air conditioning, and although there were fans, they were extremely dusty. We stayed for four nights, and overall the cleanliness, the neighborhood, and the condition of the apartment did not justify the price. I would not choose to stay here again.
