Rosa Life House

The breakfast was not included when we booked, but the guest left us anyway coffee and croissant, beside some cold water in the fridge. The house was very nice and in a quiet place, and has 2 levels. No noises from outside. We were 4 adults from 2 different family. The kitchen was complete of any basic accessory and we were able to cook something. The apartment for 2 people plus 2 kids is simply perfect. It is situated not far from Tropea. Of course the car is necessary to arrive in short time to the city centre. WI-Fi was present and working fine. The owner was really a nice person and we would like to thanks him a lot. We were really satisfied for almost anything.

Two single beds are located under a loft, which was quite shorter (low ceiling). It is just a bit difficult to live there, but acceptable if you just need to sleep and not stay long time in the room, or even nice as a location for two children. The electric wall socket in the loft is a bit distant from the beds, but it is sufficient to use quite a long electric cable to prolong it or USB cable to charge your mobile phone. It may be just a bit noisy if someone under the loft has to go down to the toilette in the night because the room above and the room below are one over the other and partly not covered. There is anyway VISUAL privacy between the two rooms, but not if people TALK. There is not AC but the provided electric fans were more than sufficient. We gave 4 to the location because you need to have car to go almost anywhere, but on the other hand it was easy to move and the location was quiet. We gave 4 to the comfort because of the low ceiling to the second floor and missing electric socket near the bed.

Ubicación cercana a tropea a 10m en auto, buena zona, tranquila para decansar. A 3m a pie de un restaurante llamado il giardino excelente, se come muy bien y económico. En cuanto a las instalaciones todo muy prolijo y limpio.Tiene todo lo que necesitas y el anfitrión muy amable.

El techo del ático es bajo, el anfitrión te avisa que seas cuidadoso pero algún cabezazo en el techo ligas 🤣 y no tiene wifi.

Rosa Life House ha soddisfatto tutte le esigenze per il nostro breve ma piacevolissimo soggiorno. In posizione strategica a pochi minuti da Tropea, su una strada panoramica mozzafiato. La casa è molto curata, pulita e accogliente e l'host veramente disponibile e veloce nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno rilassante e strategico a pochi passi da Tropea e altre mete turistiche da visitare.
