Overview - Stay Waiheke

Breathtaking views from the property. The house was warm and cozy for our winter getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Driveway was a bit daunting but understandable that we have to drive up to reach the fantastic location this property offers.

The house is situated on a hill overlooking the water and vineyards. Well worth the rocky drive up the driveway for the amazing views. Can watch the sunrise whilst still in bed and climb the small hill behind the house to watch the sunset. Lovely deck to sit and ponder life. Well equipped kitchen with some staples supplied. Washing machine a bonus after a few days travelling. Big, comfortable bed. Light filled space. Heavy curtains if required. Two lovely nights spent there but could have stayed forever. Great communication from the booking agent with check-in instructions and payment details.

We realised the day before arriving that the property can only be reached with a 4WD car - the driveway is steep and rocky. This piece of information is not very apparent within the property description. As our car was not appropriate, the booking agent helped with a solution. There is no identifying number on the roadside - except the bin was out and had a number on it.

The setting of the property is second to none on Waiheke. Absolutely stunning 360 degree views of the island. The furnishings are clean and modern. A beautiful spot.

Nothing - it was exceptional. Just be aware, you need a 4WD to access the property. A hire car or normal car would struggle with the access road.
