locatie prima, eerste behoeftes zoals koffie, thee, suirer, zout etc. aanwezig zodat je niet gelijk naar de winkel hoeft
in de grote slaapkamer zou het leuk zijn om een zitje te hebben als je meerdere dagen verblijft maar is een suggestie

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay, considering its amenities and condition. The host is responsive and attentive and turned our mistake in the dates of stay into a day with a happy ending. And the location is just perfect for using a car, public transport or walking, even to get to any part of the city.
The building is neglected, and the contrast between the apartment's condition and the building's is noticeable. But it didn't get in the way of us staying there and having a very good time.

Easy to get into, clean, spacious, close to Metro station, cafes, city center.
on the 8th floor, no noisy neighbors, fairly quiet - except from the street noise.
The apartment gets hot in the summer. There is a functional AC, but it's in the bedroom and the air blows straight into the bed and, i for one, did not like it. The AC does not have a function to change the fan behavior, to swing the flap or something like that.. so i did not use it much while i was inside.
The bedroom window has outside blinds, but the pulling system does not work. You have to manually pull the blinds down with 1 hand and with the other, operate the string.
