It is really spacious than what it looks like in pictures. 8 people fit in comfortably with three bedrooms and pull out beds. Swimming pool is the best and was heated up on time for our arrival. Outdoor area around the pool is nice and family enjoyed most time there in and around the pool sitting.
The games in garage was another plus for my grown up four kids who spent most nights there playing games .
Most of the items you need to go to beach including cooler is available.
Kitchen was great and has everything utensils you need for weeks of stay .

Grundsätzlich sehr netter Kontakt und ein tolles Haus wenn folgende Punkte noch verbessert werden:
- Beschreibung in der deutschen Sprache anpassen (3 Schlafzimmer, nicht 4 Schlafzimmer)
- Sauberkeit und Ausstattung in der Küche ist ausbaufähig
- Spühlmaschine war defekt, wurde repariert, hielt 2 Tage
- eine Terrassentür lies sich im Verlauf unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr öffnen und schließen
- Stühle draußen und drinnen für max. 8 Personen (Schlafmöglichkeiten für 7 Personen)
Positiv war:
- schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, dieser war hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten nicht alle Mängeln behoben werden
- Sehr schöner Außenbereich, sauberer Pool, Stühle/Kühlbox für einen Ausflug an den Strand sind vorhanden
- bis auf die Küche, war das Haus sauber
- Gasgrill, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und funktionsfähig
- das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, der Strand ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar
