הנכס מדהים. לכו עליו לגמרי בתור מטיילת סולו הוא פשוט אדיר ונוח בטירוף. המרפסת עושה את כל החוויה , נוף מדהים, המטבח מאובזר מאוד ובכלים איכותיים ,הבניין חדש ונעים, המיקום מעולה ובעל הדירה מקסים! זמין מאוד , אכפתי ומתחשב. באמת ממש ממליצה
המזגן עובד קצת חלש מבחינת קירור- יש מאוורר למרות זאת וזה מצויין, וגם בגלל שהמזג בחוץ היה קריר אז לא הפריע מדיי.

A geladeira tava com problema na porta, meu esposo consertou para poder usar, as panelas são inutilizáveis, a piscina é geladissima, o dono demorou entregar a chave.
