Very clean. Comfortable bed and nicely laid out. Lovely that the table was set out with everything we needed. Helpful to have a microwave and a hob so we could prepare simple meals if needed. Good to have free parking. Only a 2 minute walk from Barnehurst station so easy to get into London. Fast response from hosts when we asked for some tea towels. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was very hot and the fan helped but it was difficult to get cool having been out all day. Would be worth considering an air conditioning unit in the future for such hot weather as difficult to get to sleep in the heat. Also, it was useful to have a washing machine but nowhere to hang out clothes. Maybe you could put up a washing line somewhere or have a foldable airer provided as this would really help. These are just minor comments though.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was cozy, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The owners were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. They regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect and were happy to provide recommendations on local sightseeing attractions, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
The fridge was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, adding to the feeling of a true home away from home. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay for 2 weeks ago this place. It was beautiful and pleasant stay.
Close proximity to town centre via bus or walk if your health permits you.
The Barnehurst station enables you to get into London quickly.

The studio is extremely functional, it has absolutely everything you need even for a longer stay. It was important to me that it is in a quiet, good and communicative place, with convenient transport and 10 minutes by bus to the center of Bexleyheath with shops, shopping, restaurants, etc. I am extremely satisfied and thank the hosts for providing us with this place for relaxation, rest or work. Thank you, I will definitely come back again.
Maybe the window could be opened for ventilation and the blinds could be opened for more light during the day.
