We loved the apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. (Only one thermostat knob was not functional.) The kitchen was well stocked and outfitted. Our view included some ocean, except when the fog ruled, and there's just enough surf sound to assure sound sleep.

My only complaint master bathroom shower does not work. The little lever to bring the water to the shower came up in my hand. There is no plunger underneath to bring the water up, .

The condo is beautifully decorated, even beach chairs, a cooler, and pack and play crib provided!
The pool area is directly across the parking lot, plenty of room for my husband and I, our daughter, and 2 grand-babies, we will definitely book this room again!
The grand babies are busy, their footsteps seemed to be annoying to the occupants below, but just try to make 2 excited littles sit still on the couch.

It was beautiful and spacious. It was fully equipped and had a beachy feel! This property really makes you feel like you are on vacation. The beach is within walking distance and you have a beautiful view of the beach from this property.
The floors were full of pet hair. It was disgusting as our feet got dirty and clothes we put on the floor did as well. Some of the towels had long hair stuck to them and the main bath tub had mold. No access to the closet that had cleaning supplies, mop, broom etc as it only opened half way. It was a pain in the butt to open the door to the property with the code provided. It should have been ready for our arrival. Staff were rude and unprofessional. Last, I will never book through booking.com as they do not communicate properly with vacasa. I booked through them, and was sent a confirmation saying that everything was set, but when I called vacasa directly to make sure everything was ready for my arrival, they advised me that booking.com does not send them any notification of reservations or payment. I was told that there was no reservation and was still pending payment and verification questions to be approved. Would I had not called, I would have arrived to the property after driving 6 long hours just to find out there was no reservation for me. This needs to be corrected ASAP!!
