The location is very nice and close to the wonderful hikes and fjords. The house has everything you can need and the host is really kind and helpful. She gave us really nice tips which made our vacation better.

Everything was great. The only improvement to make can be an additional toilet and shower for crowded groups but it is still managable.

I am so glad that Booking.com is offering more options than just hotel rooms. This lovely home had everything (including spices!) we needed to make our own breakfast and dinner each night, then eating lunch out on our various treks to Norheimsund and beyond. Comfortable beds and gorgeous views over the lake made for a delightful respite after 3 weeks driving through Norway. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer so we could come home with clean clothes. All of the amenities of a well-loved home…cozy blankets, candles, a plethora of games…made for an enjoyable stay. Many thanks to lovely Gunnie who was so attentive to our needs and technological challenges😉
