Just WOW!

Amazing place, honestly the best apartment we've booked in years. Clean, comfortable, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with knives that actually cut things, a fantastic garden with BBQ and so many cool plants and lemon trees, parking, great host (thanks Manu), quiet and relaxing but close to everything (Valencia, Cullera, Gandia, beaches, mountains..) and dog friendly! Highly recommended.

Lovely house with a great host

The host Manu was very friendly and kind to make sure that our stay was good. We could use his bikes, he had numerous recommendations for attractions and food spots. The house is also spacious with a large garden and citrus and orange trees you can take the fruits from.

You really need a car here. If you don't have one, the house is great to stay and you can use public transport to Valencia etc but it will be harder to get around.

Nos alojamos dos parejas de amigos durante el fin de semana y si las reseñas que leímos junto con las fotos eran buenas, cuando llegamos allí el lugar nos sorprendió mucho mas. La ubicación,la calidez de las estancias,la decoración respetando la esencia de lo que antes era ese lugar, la limpieza,las chimeneas,el detalle de tener absolutamente de todo,el jardín con piscina y zona de hamacas,la zona de juegos con billar,la comodidad de las camas,el silencio por la noche,la tranquilidad del entorno...en definitiva, un Oasis cerca de todo y que gracias a la amabilidad de Manu lo convierte en un lugar con mucho mas encanto del que vamos a volver a disfrutar pronto otra vez.

Grande y bonita pero calurosa

La casa y los patios son muy bonitos y espaciosos, además se aparca muy bien. El casero es muy agradable y atento.

Al estar cerca de una laguna había muchos mosquitos y además no tenía aire acondicionado (aunque sí ventiladores) por lo que en las habitaciones hacía muchísimo calor por las noches.

todo fue perfecto, lo que me gustó más fue todo, la atención, la tranquilidad, la comodidad, la limpieza, las instalaciones, no faltaba de nada y la amabilidad del anfitrión es exagerada, viajo mucho y nunca me había sentido tan a gusto con el trato.

La verdad, nos gustó todo. Está super completo, he estado en muchos y ninguno tan bien equipado, tenía todo lo necesario y más. Y para entretenimiento tu mesa de billar, pin pon etc. La limpieza excepcional. Y Manu, el casero super atento. Vamos, todo perfecto

La verdad q no hay pegas q poner. “Solo” y a causa de q cada vez las temperaturas son más altas yo lo único q añadiría sería un ventilador de techo sobre la mesa del patio interior.

La maison est magnifique avec son superbe jardin et son patio. Tout est superbe, le jasmin laisse un très agréable parfum dans le patio, les fleurs du jardin son magnifiques. Un vrai paradis sur terre !

Bien pero....

Lo que más me gusto que estaba muy limpio. Había bastantes utensilios de cocina. La casa estaba muy ordenada y el mobiliario estaba en buenas condiciones. Los cuartos de baños recién reformados y grandes. Las camas muy cómodas. Y mobiliario de exterior muy cómodo y acogedor.

Lo que no me gusto fue que .... La casa está al lado de un pantano y con lo que ello conlleva mosquitos pero si que es verdad que no nos picaron ninguno. El dueño de la casa vive pegado pared con pared a nuestra casa. Considero que esto es importante saberlo para futuros huéspedes. Pues intimidad se pierde un poco. Pero en general, recomiendo la casa.

Een fantastisch verblijf

De attentie van de gastheer, hij deed alles om het verblijf zo leuk mogelijk te maken. het huis was lekker warm, zelfs verwarming in de badkamer. een mooie omheinde tuin, waar de hond veel plezier in had. We komen zeker terug.
