House was decorated nicely and with care. A convenient location to grocery stores and restaurants. A quiet middle class neighborhood.
The outside lights did not work. It was very dark and hard to see the steps on the deck. A few spider webs in corners of the house. But overall it was clean.

Cute house. Big kitchen and outside deck.
Hot water iffy. Need rail on stairs to basement. No dishwasher. Using dishes washed by last guest.
