The house is really all yours. It's not big but perfect for 1-2 people who want privacy for relax or work. A washing machine and private kitchen with equipment are included which is extremely rare for short-term rentals in Egypt. The internet access is 5G with around 20mbps speed so enough for movies and watching streams. A special shoutout to the owner of this house who is very helpful and gives you all assistance you are asking for. Really great guy!
Walls are non soundproof so you might have difficulty going to sleep if the neighbors are making noise after evening. Also the location is not the nicest one you might be looking for, but it's actually located close to some good grocery stores and cheap restaurants which is a big plus.
