Cozy and quiet studio in Warsaw

This place has everything we needed and even more Haven’t ever seen so thoughtful host! We didn’t find the surroudings disturbing as mentioned in some of reviews. Neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood is nice with many grocery stores, places to eat and trams to the city center in 5 minute walk. Highly recommend this place!

Pros: very good value for money. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, which made it very convenient to cook. Everything we needed was available. In general, the space was sufficient for a family of two adults with a small child. Check-in was easy, and there were parking spaces available near the building. We parked there for several days and each time were able to find a spot very close to the entrance. The apartment itself feels quite fresh, clean, and pleasant, with no strange smells inside. Overall, it offers a very solid price-to-quality ratio.

Cons: the location is quite specific. In our case it worked for our needs, but those needs were very particular. The apartment is on the ground floor, with windows protected by bars. There is a balcony, but it is very dirty and not really usable. The building itself does not feel like a historic Warsaw-style building, but rather more like a dormitory-type property. During our stay there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor, although inside the apartment everything was fine and smelled pleasant. On the last day of our stay there was no hot water, although this is likely not directly the fault of the property itself.

Дуже зручне розташування, зовсім поруч залізнична станція, зупинки громадського транспорту, магазини . Квартира дуже чиста та затишна, відчуття дому. Є все необхідне. Мега зручно отримати та здати ключі!
