Great location, easy check-in, and a short drive to restaurants
Well, there was no AC so it was pretty warm, might have been nice to know in advance. The condo did have a lot of ceiling fans and other fans to keep the air moving and comfortable. Don't turn on a lot of lights or the gnats will be flying everywhere, the national bird of Hawaii apparently.

I would stay here again!
It was cute and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was good. The beds were comfy. We loved relaxing at the pool.
The one issue we had was the ice maker didn’t work and there were no ice trays. After trying to resolve it through the property managers I purchased ice trays with my own money. It was less than $10 but I wish I didn’t have to do it myself. I felt like the property managers talked about helping with this small issue but didn’t actually do anything.

The condo is beautiful, very clean and has a nice view. There was an earlier comment about the fans not working well, but that has been addressed. There were plenty of fans and all worked well. The kitchen is well appointed with great equipment. Very roomy and comfortable. We liked the location, south of Kona, and very close to the Keauhou boat harbor. We took two excursions from there, and could have walked down. DO take the nighttime manta ray swim, as long as you are a strong swimmer. It took my breath away, and I've done a lot of snorkeling.
The price was pretty high for two of us, but we booked at the last minute so there weren't many choices. It would be appropriate and terrific for one or two families of 6-8. I would have liked a couple beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. Many HI condos supply those. The early morning road noise was a bother, but cannot be avoided due to the height of the building (which also provides the nice view!)

Het uitzicht. Net zwembad. Mooi onderhouden tuin. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Voldoende linnen en badhanddoeken.
Achter de accommodatie ligt een zeer drukke doorgaande weg, ook ‘s nachts. Omdat de accommodatie geen airco heeft moesten de ramen openblijven. Veel lawaai, weinig rust. De fans die in het appartement staan loeien en geven weinig verkoeling ondanks dat er een extra fan geleverd werd. Veel roest bij de kranen en gedateerd appartement. Master bedroom heeft een slecht matras met diepe kuilen.
