Close to metro, heating system works great.
Room was at 5th floor but elevator goes to 3th floor max, so you need to use stairs for 2 floors. With 4 suitcases it was super hard for us. Nonsense. Room was very small. When you put the luggages on floor, almost no place to step. Also the rug in front of the bathroom was wet, our socks got wet.

Comfortable bed and big tv.
Very good location.
Black grout used in the shower, looks like mould / it is mould. The floor is also yellow but should be a cream/white colour.
The only place to leave a suitcase is under the bed, so if yours is very large, it might not fit

No breakfast was included but location is good.
There should be elevator until 5th floor because it's difficult to carry heavy luggage without elevator from 3rd floor.
