Casa Cadur

Ortigia is a wonderful place, and the flat was the nicest holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in. Emanuela greeted us, and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, providing invaluable information on anything and everything we might need to know. The flat is right next to a cafe selling the best granitas we have tasted in Sicily, and a few minutes walk from the market, where we had some of our best meals. Swimming off the pontoon was paradise. We couldn't understand why such a beautiful place wasn't overrun with tourists in August: I guess we were extremely lucky!

Don't bother going to Schiticchio in Via Cavour. It was the only restaurant that felt like a cynical tourist trap.

L’emplacement de la Casa Cadur est parfait pour la découverte d’Ortigia. L’appartement est très propre, calme et bénéficie de deux Terra es privées permettant de voir la mer.

Un inconvénient mineur, l’immeuble est sans ascenseur, il faut donc privilégier les séjours de plusieurs jours si on a de lourdes valises. Toutefois, la qualité de l’appartement en vaut le coup.
