The location was really convenient and the beds were really comfortable

The window was broken and couldn’t be closed. Apart from that, the blinds didn’t even reach the floor, so the light was coming in and because the window couldn’t get closed completely, we could hear everything from outside. We also found the communication with the owner/agent pretty confusing, as we were instructed to use only an specific entrance door to avoid “bothering the residents”, but that door said clearly “no access to guests and no residents”… We didn’t feel really comfortable, as we got plenty of messages telling us not to bother anyone and about what not to do. We would have appreciated a warmer welcome and goodbye. Also, a small but important thing was that the kitchen had no kitchen cloths, so we had literally nothing to clean the counter when we cooked or to dry our hands.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, and the overall location of the property as well. Everything was close and short time drive, and Hollywood Blvd just a couple of steps away. I also enjoyed that the property has AC, so it allowed us to stay cool over the weekend.

What could've been better is to provide a little mor info regarding general stuff, like where to throw out trash when full, and have a better way to access the location. I think the difficult part was entering the Elevator, since the outside entrance is with a fob, I had to wait a bit for a resident to enter and use the elevator..

Everything was good, only the instruction to reach the apartment was not clear. Then the life was not working, took time to understand how to reach the apartment

I like the location, it is close to tourist attraction. And Was able to do late check out at 11am instead of 10am.

When we arrived, I still have to go to the room then go back downstairs to open the garage. The towels seem used so I texted Val, the lady that is in-charge and she gave me new towels the next day. No toilet tissue and paper towels, we got everything the next day though.
