Coastal Condo Deerfield Beach Retreat 3 bed 2 bath

Renters before us left a large mess resulting in a 3 hour delayed check in and less then exceptional cleaning with floors and counters still having a film of 'sticky' on them which we cleaned ourselves. Compensation was requested for the self cleaning required plus later than prommissed check-in. No follow up was provided after this request beyond, "we'll see what the owners say" and no further acknowledgement whilst requesting a 5-star review. It was not 5-star service nor conditions. The canned 5-star ask should have been omitted and been more reflective of these concerns. Pillows in one of the rooms were older, flat and too big for the cases. Laundry facilities had mold issues on the washer seal and the entire room was dirty beyond what the last guests would have been responsible for. Over all it was a fantastic spot but the unit looked a little tired with minimal coffee supplies including no basics like sugar. I did leave ours behind for the next guests.

Great location and nicely appointed condo

The AC unit fluctuates at night so wake up very warm or very cold . They needed more cutlery, only 3 forks!

Best location. Walking distance of everything ‼️it was clean. Kitchen had everything. We were on pool level. Outside was perfect. Didn’t to pay for parking. Plus had extra spot. It was one of the best.
