Jedynie drobnym mankamentem był niewielki parking, ale to naprawdę mały detal przy tak wysokim komforcie.

Well nothing to complain to be honest

The positives: the price-to-value ratio is still good, we liked the self check-in, and perhaps other rooms are of higher quality — we may have simply been unlucky with ours.

We have stayed at this hotel before, but this time we were disappointed with the declining quality. The parking gate was not working and was always left open. Upon entering the room, the main light did not work, the room was cold, and we were unable to adjust the thermostats — the radiators were either extremely hot, forcing us to open the window, or completely cold. The toilet seat was loose and barely attached. The towels were worn out, washed with cheap detergent, stiff and grayish. When we turned on the TV, it displayed “antenna not connected,” and there was a tangle of TV cables on the table. The staff does not speak English. All of this could have been tolerated, but during check-out, when the room charge was processed in euros and I saw a bank conversion rate of PLN/EUR with an 8.47% markup, I decided to write this review to warn others that the hotel is losing its quality and customer focus.
