The staff was quite prompt and attentive and the place was hygienic and clean and met our standards of good and comfort at the same time.The location of the apartment was also quite central to the city

The property is nice, clean and located conveniently in the city.
I had booked the garden view suite like I had done previously also. During my last stay, I had noticed a broken hand shower holder in the shower area of the bathroom. I had informed the staff about it. This was May 2025. Now when I booked the same in October 2025, the hand shower holder was still in the same state, ie, broken. I think the facilities need to be kept in full functioning condition. It was difficult and inconvenient to use it during taking shower!
Furthermore, the ventilation window of the bathroom doesn’t close, neither the glass pane, nor the mosquito mesh window.
