Sehr freundlicher Empfang, unkompliziert bei Check in/out.

Large room. Fair location up a steep hill to the waterfalls

The description on Booking.com did not match the actual stay. Our room was located at the back of the building similar to a detached granny flat. A door then led us through a dirty unkept terrace area. Our room was a good size and adequate apart from the creaking vinyl tiles one of which were broken and covered by a mat. The bathroom tiles were very slippery and the shower temperature varied significantly from cold to very hot. The bathroom light was flickering the entire time. The backyard garden area was dirty and also grossly unkept with broken windows. We could not use it. Overall a very disappointing stay here.
