No physical key needed. There is a key pad at the back door of the house, and a security key was provided in advance. It was very easy for us to check in.
The house is 1 mile from Notre Dame campus, close to everywhere we need to go. Trader Joe's is only 4 min away, which is so wonderful because we were able to buy food and enjoy cooking what we like.
The cooking ware in the house is excellent, high quality. For anyone loves to cook, it is haven.
There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, two sofa/beds at the first floor. 7 of us had plenty room to sleep in. Big dining table, living room enable us to enjoy conversations and food.
The management of the rental property is very responsive. We were running out of dish washing tablet, and they had it deliered on the same day after i requested.
There is only one full bath/shower in the house. So for 7 people, it needs some patience and coordination.
