Quality of the apartment fittings etc. Location in the overall development, position re sun, bar by pool.
Lack of a proper extractor fan in the bathroom. I had to buy batteries for the air conditioning remote control. Lack of notes as to how to use the washing machine.

No había gel para la ducha, tuvimos que comprarlo y dejarlo allí.
Muy mal indicado para localizarlo dentro de la urbanización, llegamos de noche, y tardamos bastante.
Sin ningún tipo de contacto con la empresa para solicitar ayuda.
