Our family highly recommends RAAS Devanya after extending our wonderful, nature-filled stay. The property perfectly balances luxury with the peaceful isolation of the forest. Location & Atmosphere Nestled deep in a lush forest, far from city noise, offering magnificent views of clouds beautifully filling the valley below. Immersed in calming nature sounds like rainfall and chirping birds. Villa Amenities & Layout Structure: A luxurious three-story villa accessible by stairs and an elevator, fully equipped with winter heating (radiators, fireplaces, heated floors, and towel warmers). Common Areas: The main level features a spacious lobby, dining area, kitchen, powder room, and a balcony with a swing. The top floor offers a cozy lounge with a TV, study table, and outdoor terrace. Bedrooms: Four massive en-suite bedrooms with double beds, split evenly between the upper and lower floors. Exceptional Hospitality Mr. Jitendar (Booking): Provided a seamless booking process and reliable phone support. Mr. Brijkishor (Manager): Handled every request perfectly and thoughtfully sent an escort car to guide the family through checkpoints and maze-like mountain roads. Mr. Anand (Chef): Prepared delicious multi-cuisine meals (Italian, Chinese, Mughlai). Along with Mr. Brijkishor, he thoughtfully offered to prepare and deliver lunch when the family was stranded nearby in heavy rain. Mr. Trilok (Housekeeping): Kept the bedrooms and bathrooms flawlessly clean. Activities & Safety The estate is very safe for trekking, with only monkeys and leeches encountered. The villa thoughtfully provides umbrellas, walking sticks, and leech socks (which are highly recommended to wear when stepping out).

The activity handling. They did not have proper qualified staff to handle the hike we asked for. They could also have used an external vendor.
