Heritage Haveli Jaisalmer

We had the best of both, on the edge of the fort but free outside the fort to enjoy easy access to all. The room was a good seize, clean and ready on arrival. We were collected from the local train station on arrival. Our room was ready and we were offered extended stay on arrival and departure. Hospitality was excellent. The staff do not speak great English except for the business owner. His English was great and at all times did he reply to our texts and organized what was needed. He organized tour of fort and city. We had prebooked desert tour but this too they organize. Breakfast was fruit, toast and local breakfast, Omelette and tea; plenty of all and served on the upstairs teras. The view of the fort is very nice from the teras too. The street that the hotel is on is quiet and clearly not a cut through for local traffic. Just a positive experience after all the noise that we encountered in Jaipur.

Nothing, all was great. Very much recommend this hotel and its people. Cannot do enough for you to have a good time. Also cost are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel, its location and its hospitality.

The location was so close to the fort and other attractions

I loved everything

Absolutely wonderful experience for me and entire family...warm welcoming and utmost respect by owner, Location is very good near Jaisalmer fort, Hotel staff was very helpful.

Close to the old fort.

Noisy, roof terras was rather messy, bathroom extreme basic with shower in the toilet.
