If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the ideal place. A medieval village nestled halfway up a hillside, with narrow streets and stairways closed to traffic. Casa Cecilia is cosy, spread over two floors, and offers all the comforts of family life. A touch of modernity is provided by the good internet connection, the LED TV, and the various practical and useful appliances. The tap water is delicious and, above all, ‘fresh’, and the heating is efficient. For those who need to stay near the Neuromed hospital in Pozzilli and prefer the independence of a home over a hotel or B&B, this is the best solution, as the hospital car park is less than 10 minutes away. On arrival, you are welcomed by the kind Mrs Lucia, whilst for check-out there is a handy combination lockbox where you can leave the keys.

If you have difficulty walking, this property is not suitable for you. Parking is always available in the village square, but to reach Casa Cecilia you will need to navigate a series of steps and narrow alleys for about 100 metres, and there are also a couple of flights of stairs inside the house. This is not a drawback but a characteristic of a house situated in the historic centre of a medieval village. Please bear in mind that there are no shops in the village, so to stock up on essentials and non-essentials, it is best to visit the various supermarkets in the area.

Maison bien équipée rapport qualité/prix rien a dire. Endroit très propre et calme. La maison est très bien entretenue. Le. Village avait organisé un petit marché de Noël qui etait assez sympathique.

Difficulté place de parking. Sinon rien de négatif.

Located in a beautiful medieval village on a hilltop, you reach the house through a series of alleys. The house has all the creature comfort you need including a TV and very fast wifi. Parking is available for free nearby and from there you have a fantastic view of the valley below.

There is no garden or balcony.
