Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel rund um die Uhr), Schnellrestaurants in der Nähe bis spät abends.
Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass während unseres Aufenthalts Bauarbeiten im Haus stattfanden, wir wurden meist gegen 8 Uhr morgens von den Handwerkern geweckt. Sehr störend empfanden wir den muffigen, feuchten Geruch in der Wohnung, wir mussten nach Ankunft immer 10 Minuten alle Fenster öffnen, bis der Geruch weg war. Am vorletzten Tag haben wir bei der Jagd nach einer Kakerlake (die zweite in 8 Tagen) die Kommode unter dem TV von der Wand weggerückt und dort einen schwarzen Schimmelbefall entdeckt, der dann auch den Geruch erklärte. Der Vermieter behauptete, er wisse nicht, dass das Problem wieder aufgetreten sei.
