    Staff was not supportive and didn't talk properly and there is so much mis management

    The staff were helpful, however the room had no shower, no toilet paper, looked nothing like the photos, there was a sink with no tap or running water, a few dark spots on the bedsheets, the room did not feel very clean. I booked another hotel on my first night.

    During check-in, was asked to pay extra as apparently the online price is incorrect. I had no choice but to pay and take it. The room I got was not clean at all. The floor was dusty. There were no mirrors in the wash basin, The sheets weren't cleaned. The only amenities were air conditioner and geyser. The caretaker wouldn't change the bedsheet as apparently it was beyond his working hours and I had to change it myself on the second day. After all this he had the audacity to ask me to give a 5 star review.
