オーナーさん、スタッフさんが、とても丁寧な対応をしてくださいます。
行った時に、たまたま線状降水帯？が襲って来て、施設の中にも浸水してきましたが、大変な時にも親切丁寧に対応してくださいました。 ありがとうございました。
施設のオーナーさん、スタッフさんにお見舞い申し上げます。
小さなTVがあれば、今回の様な災害の時も周辺の状況を早く確認できたのかな？とは思います。…が、それでは、グランピングに行った目的がズレてしまうような気もします。 難しいですね！

彼氏の誕生日に利用したのだが、ケーキの用意をお願いしたら快く受け入れて下さり、対応がとてもよかった。夜に焚き火を行っており、マシュマロと花火を配って下さったが、その時のお声かけも気持ちが良いものであった。(∩˃o˂∩)
こちらの私情だが、ケーキをサプライズにしたかったこともあり、到着してすぐにケーキお持ちするか否かをふたりがいる時にお声かけする点は、サプライズバレてしまったのでコソッと言うのもありかなと思いました！^_^;

スタッフの方が親切で良かった。
キャンプファイヤーに花火などお客様思いのところが良かった。
仕方ないことですが、トイレが仕切られておらずまたベッドスペースとトイレの間にある壁が天井までなかった為、音や匂いが気になった。
