Gostei de que tudo estivesse impecavelmente limpo, gostei do facto de os lençóis da cama estarem perfumados, a existência de frigorifico no quarto e tábua de passar a ferro também é óptimo não usei mas estavam disponíveis.
Gostei da disponibilidade da dona Ivete Sousa, seja na indicação de local para jantar, seja na disponibilização da factura.
Chek in e check out rápido e eficaz.
Nota 10, a possibilidade de beber chá e café no local, gostei do pormenor.
Recomendo e caso volte a passar na zona, voltarei a recorrer aos serviços prestados pela Flower Residence.
Apenas a zona de banho poderia ser um pouco maior, a existente satisfaz mas um pouco maior daria mais conforto.

The terrace in the room was nice. The boyfriend of manager helped with luggage.
The towels were better than other places (of 2-3 star hotels\apartments)
It's hard walking 3-4 flights of stairs with all the luggage. But the boyfriend of the manager helped us and we really appreciated it.
We payed 192 euro for two nights. Then found out that it's only 75 euro a night... the manager didn't speak a word in English.
A hotel that is in the 3rd and 4th floor with no elivator, not much service. But the terrace was very nice and the towels were better than other places.
The toilet is the loudest in the entire country (we hope)
Also, there were oud music and voices from another room all night! There was no one to ask to take care of it
