Casa Bellona

Silvia and Adriano were very friendly and kind hosts. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of Prosecco very much. They were available for helpful advice during the day. The two double bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The house has everything you need. We stayed in summer so heating was not an issue. The aircon in the bedrooms worked well. Shutters keep out the heat during the day. The kitchen was generally well equipped, although we agree with other reviewers that a dishwasher would be nice. We enjoyed the pool very much. The temperature was very pleasant and it was very clean. It may be worth noting that the pool is all one depth, at least 150cm. The house is conveniently located for the local supermarkets (Lidl and Interspar were the two we used) and close to the local motorway. Getting to Treviso and Bassano del Grappa is easy. Silvia and Adriano provide a very useful guide with good local recommendations. We used two restaurants they suggested and both were excellent.

A little old fashioned if you are looking for a modern property. Some casual seating in the patio area would be very welcome.

Nice location, green, private & quiet, birds singing. We managed one meal outside in the sun in February. It's a really big spacious half-house. I believe it would be nice in summer.

It's quite old decor, facilities & furniture. It could really use some refreshing & upgrades throughout. Since it's big & open, with stone floor, it was quite cold inside.

Prachtig huis, grote tuin en een lekker zwembad. Het is niet het midden gedeelte, zoals de foto's doen vermoeden, maar het huis links. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren.

Geen airco op de benedenverdieping. Er zijn voldoende pannen maar er was maar een klein koekenpannetje. Als je dan met vijf personen bent is het behelpen. En douchen in bad op een badkamer die ook te weinig opbergruimte heeft. Er is wel een tweede badkamer bij het zwembad maar om daar de douche te gebruiken moet je een kwartier van tevoren de boiler aanzetten dus dat is niet praktisch. Eenpersoons bed te kort voor volwassenen.

Casa con giardino molto grande e curato. C’è anche una bellissima piscina ovviamente per uso estivo. I proprietari sono molto gentili ed accoglienti. Accettano cani (cosa non molto comune in altre strutture).

Abbiamo deciso di venire in questa struttura (pagando il doppio rispetto ad altri appartamenti trovati su booking ed altri siti) per il semplice motivo che nella descrizione dell’appartamento è comunicato la presenza di 2 bagni con doccia e vasca, purtroppo uno è in casa e l’altro in una casetta in giardino accanto alla piscina (questa cosa non è comunicata in alcun modo su booking), il quale in inverno non è fattibile usarlo in quanto non è riscaldato e farsi la doccia a temperatura esterna non è il massimo, al di fuori della temperatura direi che uscire dalla casa per usare il secondo wc di notte non è per niente comodo. Inoltre non abbiamo trovato una grossa pulizia in cucina, le tazzine riposte nell’armadio alcune erano sporche di caffè come se non fossero mai state lavate ma dopo averle utilizzate sono state riposte nell’armadio senza neanche una sciacquata sotto al rubinetto. Nel bollitore c’era un fondo di acqua (4-5cm) viscida come se fosse li da mesi. Le sedie in cucina abbiamo dovuto cambiarle con quelle del salotto siccome erano tutte rotte. Inoltre la casa non è stata scaldata in precedenza al nostro arrivo, nelle camere la temperatura è salita subito per la presenza dell’aria condizionata attaccata al muro, mentre al piano terra ci sono solamente i termosifoni e con il pavimento in pietra la casa è sempre risultata freddissima, solamente il giorno della nostra partenza la temperatura è leggermente salita. Direi che per il grosso prezzo pagato siamo rimasti molto delusi soprattutto perché abbiamo scelto questa casa spendendo il doppio UNICAMENTE per la presenza di 2 bagni, che alla fine il secondo non abbiamo potuto usarlo.
