Svidio nam se ambijent oko objekta. Lokacija je bila dobra. Blizu centra je.
Apartman je bio nedovoljno uredan. Prašina u kutovima, vidi se da dugo nije dobio generalno čiščenje. Stari namještaj, stari ručnici koji su imali mrlje po sebi. Televizor iz prošlog stoljeća. Oskudno opremljena kuhinja. Nismo imali niti detrdženta niti spužvica za oprat suđe (dobili smo 2 jako stare prljave spužvice). Skoro ništa suđa za pripremiti si nešto za jelo. Perilica suđa ne radi. Mikrovalne nema. Bilo nas je troje, dobili smo samo 3 ručnika, znači nismo imali niti za ruke ručnik. Nismo dobili niti wc papira. Vrata se nisu mogla zaključati pa smo se stalno morali brinuti za naše stvari. Vidi se da je gazda odlučio minimalno potrošiti na uređenje apartmana.
