Czyste, zadbane domki, a wokół nich wypielęgnowana zieleń. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Możliwość pobytu z pieskiem. Bezpłatny parking. Dwa kroki do sklepu spożywczego, a w nim m. in. świeże bułki i jagodzianki. W Pogorzelicy warto mieć rower (można też wypożyczyć w kilku miejscach), jest wiele tras na wycieczki.
