Organização, limpeza e detalhes de acolhimento: pasta com fotos e de lugares turísticos e outras dicas,. Distribuição do ambiente, toalhas de cor branca. Mensagens acolhedoras. Atenção do proprietário e dos funcionários em orientar a nossa estada no apartamento.
O endereço do apartamento não correspondeu com a localização do prédio no aplicativo de GPS Waze, pois nos levou para um local diferente.

O apartamento é bem confortável, organizado. Cheirinho de limpeza! Ele é muito bem equipado e tinha muito mais do que precisávamos! Apesar do frio que estava em Poços de Caldas, tinham cobertores suficientes para todos e super limpinhos. O proprietário foi muito acessível e educado. Espero ter a oportunidade de voltar muitas vezes!
