The layout is excellent for a couple or more than two people. The whole interior is well maintained and functional. We especially liked the kitchen dinning and family rooms layout. The view out the back has a variety of birds and a few aquatic animals for entertainment and the street has no outlet so very quiet. Everything is very well maintained and the owner is interesting to work with, honest, very responsive and eager to help. It was an excellent experience.

The owner was extremely responsive and provided very useful location advice. The location ended up being perfect - close to the beach and within walking distance of shopping and several excellent restaurants. If I were relocating to Jupiter, I would want to live in this area.
